Can You Manage Oracle HTTP Server in OEM 11g w/o using OPMN

Hello,
We use Oracle http server standalone for an apex application and do not use opmn in our custom install.  I used to be able to monitor up/down status of Oracle http servers in oem 10g, but I can't seem to find the information on how to do that with OEM 11g.
