Company logo disappear from PDF output from Oracle Application

Hello,

We have logo on the custom xml templates, and they have been working fine for two years. But this morning, the logos on all the templates are not showing on the output when running from Oracle Application. But they are showing if I run from desktop. We have not made any change recently. Can any one help?
