What controls SR Closing with Open Tasks?
We do not want users to be able to close an SR if there are open tasks.
We are setup for Upward Propagation, Profile option Service: Auto Closure of Service Request is set to YES.
Per the Oracle Teleservice Implentation Guide:
If all service request tasks have been closed or all charges have been submitted, you can have the application check if the service request is ready to be closed and then close it.
