Picking rules to suggest alternate locator in Oracle WMS

Hi Sir/Madam,

Regarding Picking/Putaway tasks in WMS:

Version: 11.5.10

1. Rules engine has suggested a locator based on the rules setup. Upon physical verification, the operator found that the locator cannot be used for either picking or putaway and wish the rules engine suggest another locator (an alternate or second  locator). Can we have the system suggest an alternate Subinventory/locator?

2. We have requirement to call an inspection plan while packing (outbound), where physical inspection will be done and damaged parts will be sent to 'Repair' subinventory. I believe that an inspection plan can be called via exceptions. Is there a way to call a plan not via exceptions, but some setups based during outbound?
