Extending with QP_CUSTOM, How to fetch Modifier Value ?

 Hi,
I need to create a Formula in Pricing, that will be used in a Modifier Surcharge.
This Formula will use qp_custom, for some calculations.
Can I reference the modifier value from qp_custom? I don't see how I can do that.
