Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC)

Problem is realted to SRVCTL utility in two node rac database.

In morning after rebooting my server i am facing issue in SRVCTL uitlity,whenevr i am executing command srvctl start database -d <dbname> from master node ,its giving a sequence of error as below

PRKR-1007 : getting of cluster database configuration failed,
PRKC-1019 : Error creating handle to daemon on the node
PRKO-2005 : Application error: Failure in getting Cluster Database

so i started database using sqlplus on both the nodes.I checked all the services and its looking fine on both the nodes.I also check gsd status and its running.My configuration are below

1. Its two node RAC

2. RHEL 4 32bit operation system
