How to Generate Equipment Master from Fixed Assets

 Hi There,

We are upgrading from ERP8 to ERP9.0 and I need some advise on the new Capital Asset Management Solution.  The new release requires an Equipment Extension File (F1217) to be generated before you can use Work Orders.  Could someone please advise me what is the best practice to copy Fixed Assets into the Equipment Master.  For instance, the system now needs a Lessor, Rentor or Mortagor field to be populated which is an address book record.  However, this is not a requirement for our business.  Is there a work around not to populate this?
