Error while creating a Plan Id

 Hi All,

Getting an error while creating a new plan in one of the new organizations setup in ASCP instance. Kindly provide the metalink notes which can help me in resolving the issue. We are on Production Instance and do want to know the exact steps to follows the creation of Plan partitions.
