Have you defined Remaining Value over Remaining Life as a Depreciation Method?

I defined Remaining Value over Remaining Life as a Deprecation Method.  It uses a Table Method and NBV instead of Cost.  I'm having problems calculating depreciation properly for this method.  I thought someone might be able to review my setup with me and tell me what I have done wrong.
