View PDF option on iSupplier

Hello,

We are implementing iSupplier Portal on R12.1.3

The 'View PDF' option on the Orders page->Actions drop down list is not available. We tried the following:

1) Compared our test instance's Procure to Pay supplier view responsibility menu with Vision instance. Menu and exclusions are same.

2) Checked the PO Output format option in Purchasing Options for that operating unit. It is set to pdf

3) Checked whether XML Publisher is installed or not. It is installed.

Let us know if anyone has faced similar issue. Appreciate any help.
