R12432 not showing all assets that have been retired

I am having a problem with report R12432. It is only showing a few of the disposed assets for the year. Does this report pull assets based on retirement date or equipment status? Also, the disposal proceeds column keeps coming up empty. Any ideas on how to fix these issues would be helpful.
