Holds Data may become corrupted when upgrading from 12.0.x to 12.1.x
When upgrading from 12.0.x to 12.1.x there is a chance that
Holds
related data can become corrupt, and not get migrated to
12.1.x
properly.
Symptoms include:
1. Orders in an upgraded R12.1.1 environment do not go on
'credit check
hold' despite the fact that the customer standard form shows
customer
is on 'Credit Hold'.
2. Orders that were 'on hold' prior to the upgrade are pick
releasing.
We are asking all 12.0.x customers to apply the Patch
8985958:R12.ONT.B
by following the instructions in the readme of the patch,
before
upgrading to 12.1.x.
