Opportunity Report by Customer and Sub- Accounts

I'm trying to create an Opportunity Report that lists all Opportunities for a selected customer, this is not a problem.  But if that Customer is a Parent I also want to display all the Sub-Account Opportunities for that parent.  How can I set this up?
