Document Types - Control Security Level can be setup as public only for a Group of users?

 Hi,

In Document Types definition the option to setup Security Level are: Public, Purchasing, Private, Hierarchy.

As per customer requirements Req should be Public (can be accessed in iproc by a group of users so they can perform the receiving for all the company between each other).

Is there a way to setup this level as public but only for a group of users?
