WMS Task assignments, how to skip them, and assign to same picker

We are on 12.0.6.  We use WMS and have the need to skip a task but have the task automatically go to the "end of the Q" of the user who was assigned the task in the first place.  Currently, if a task is skipped it goes to pending status and then based on skip task wait time, is available for any picker.  We do not want that.  We need it to go to the end of all current tasks assigned to the user so they can continue to work and come back at a later time to execute it.  There
