How to change Category in CSIIIQRY find window?

Resp: Oracle Installed Base Admin; Navigation: Item Instance Query; Form: CSIIIQRY When you go to the LOV for Category, it defaults to "Inventory" (seeded category set).  Is there a way I can change this to a different category set?  In Setups->Install Parameters, the Category Set Name that I want is showing, but it is not used by the CSIIIQRY Item Instance Query.  In Inventory (Setup->Items->Categories->Default Category Sets) there is no Functional Area for Install Base listed, so it does not seem that it can set there.  Am I missing something here?  Also, is there a way to search by Category Sets
