BI Publisher Desktop Tool with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007

 Hello,
in the minimal technical requeriments from Oracle to install BIP Desktop (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10091_01/doc/bip.1013/b40084/T434820T487781.htm) I don't see that Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 aren't supported.

I have tried to run it, but I have a issue with Microsoft Visual Basic. It seems that the installation works, but I can't run it

The window error is:
"run-time error '-2147024891 (80070005)' Access is denied

I have try with this:

But it doesn't solve my problem... 

I appreciate any suggestion!
