Reservations in iStore

 Hi,

Does anyone know if automatic reservations in iStore are standard? I have read pages of documentation but no where does it specify that it is or isn't.

I am aware of the ASO: Reservations Level and that it is suppose to control this, but the Profile Option at all levels is Null in my setup, yet iStore still reserves the inventory as soon as the order is booked in OM.

I dont have any setup against the transaction line type and I am 99% sure we haven't customised the process.

It is not the standar Reserve Orders program as that runs at specified times and the iStore orders reserve automatically at any time of the day.
