Reboot of both RAC nodes after network error
Hello,
we experienced twice the situation that both nodes of our Oracle RAC where rebooting one after the other but the reason is not really clear to us:
configuration:
ORACLE RAC with 2 servers
sv050a, sv051a
2 LUNs each serving one ASM to the server and one OCR disk
2 vote disks on the LUNs
1 vote disk via NFS
Oracle is using normal redundancy and takes care of the mirroring by its own
Interconnect via private network and cross-over cable
from the logs we found the following errors:
(crs alertsv051a.log)
2011-05-13 06:23:18.990
[cssd(9138)]CRS-1612:node sv050a (1) at 50% heartbeat fatal, eviction in 14.038 seconds
