Yield or DPMO data from Agile PQM?

 I have been asked whether PQM can be used to capture yield or DPMO (defects per million opportunities) information. PQM captures defects (NCRs), but wondering if it is well suited to capture opportunities. I do see NCR affected item attributes of quantity suspected, quantity checked, and quantity affected. To use these fields to drive complete yeild metrics, one would have to create an NCR even for "successes" -- i.e., even if there are 0 defects/non-conformances in a particular run.

Am I missing something? Does anyone use Agile PQM as a source of data for yield/DPMO type data?
