Cycle Countiing question :Unable to add items to the manual requests form

 we are trying to create some manual cycle counts - by adding the items to the cycle count in the manual requests form but we are unable to select them in the list of values .the attributes etc are all correct but these items are not in the abc assignment group is that why we cannot add them to the manual requests?
