Data will not come into FTI when in child domain

Hello, Just wanted to know if anyone has run into this before.  I have a domain structure as Parent/Child/Grandchild.  When in the GC domain and I choose to just pull all FTI Order Releases nothing shows up.  When I log into the Parent domain though and run the same ad hoc the orders from the GC domain show up.  I am looking into VPD and Domain grants and there is nothing unusual.  On top of it all the exact same config exists in our UAT and in that box I can pull the orders from the GC domain.  Unsure if that
