Item Master (ITM) not an Available Application

For an SR I needed to run diagnostics for the Item Master (ITM) but this was not listed in the applications. 

Does anyone know why this would be?

We are on EBS 12.0.6

Oracle Diagnostics Information    

  • Patch OD for R12 RUP6 [12.0.6] (7232615) is installed
  • Patch Oracle E-Business Suite Diagnostics, R12.IZU.A.DELTA.6 (7294700) is installed

Any assistance anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
