Solaris 10 native zone installation errors?

Please, I'd appreciate some advice on the following:
Here's the context:

I've installed a Solaris 10 u9 system on ZFS and opting for the Entire Distribution software group.

At first, as patchpro (smpatch/sconadm) was not working by that time and I've downloaded and installed the Recommended OS Cluster Solaris 10 x86 (2011.03.23).
I've used liveupgrade to create a new BE and used the installcluster script to update it.

Today, I've finally (and painfully) got patchpro working.
With smpatch, I've successfully installed a lot of other fixes (not addressed by the previously mentioned update) so that the system today is completely up to date.
