Approval Error

To All,

I did some changes in Approval Hierarchy after that i am getting an error during requisition approval

Error:-
Error:    Tax Calculation : Unable to determine the Country code for the Location id: 22402 and Location type: SHIP_TO
+-------------------------------------------------


What is going wrong can some one provide their experience.
