Defaulting Rule - Dependency Extn

We have a defaulting rule on the field 'Promise Date' on order lines to default it as 'Schedule Ship Date + 1'. This rule is specific to Mfg operating units (OUs). Hence we have written a defaulting rule (API based) to achieve this and limited the rule to Mfg OUs. For additional changes to schedule ship date, in order to re-default the new promise date we created a dependency between promise date and schedule ship date in the 'OE_DEPENDENCIES_EXTN' pkg. However we want this dependency also to be limited to Mfg OUs. We don't want this dependency to affect other
