Projects across operating units

 Hi,

Are projects visible across oeperating units? I created a project in one OU and now I need to create a requistion from another operating unit, but my project does not appear in the LOV for that OU.

What setups need to be done to enable this? I have tried many things - global hierarchy, security profiles, project types, org classification, etc.
