If "Receipt Required For" is set to either "Cash only" Or "Required" for an expense type in the Expense report Template, when this expense type is used in creating expense report in Interent Expense, clicking on details icon in Cash & Other Expenses page results in error: 'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator'
Doc (ID 1118807.1]) suggested - Patch:7481757:R12.OIE.B, but this patch is already included in 12.1.3 and we are currently on this version.
Has anyone come across this issue?
