Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. unable to view Create Accounting Program in R12 Payables Module

Hi,

I have implemented the R12 setup in test instance while implementation i am unable to run some programs like

Create Accounting
Validate Application Accounting Definitions

because the above programs are not populating in Payables Module.

Please let me know, what are the options needs to be check.
