8.1.1.4 with AIX 6.1 and DB2 v9.7.0.3

We are trying to setup Multilingual siebel installation with version 8.1.1.4 with AIX 6.1 and DB2 v9.7.0.3,After complete installation we are abe to access both Danish and English URLS,but we are seeing the english lov values in the Danish application and visa versa. When we navigate to Administraton->List of Values we saw that the Language code for ENU is now coming as (Engelsk-amerikansk) in danish instead of (English-American). We then tried to re- import the repository which failed. Finally we thought of un- installing and then do a fresh installaton.

Now when we are trying to uninstall we are getting below messages.
