P6 Ver 7 Claim Digger Access Problems

I just started using the P6 Ver 7 software and I got stuck whileattempting to open up Claim Digger. I started my access by using going through Tools and clicking on Claim Digger, but I always get an error message that states

 "An application event has been intercepted. Please note the ecent code for reference.  Event Code: 7CC307B6.

I am at a loss for what I need to do. The Manuals are not offering any help.
