February billing - 30 day billing cycle

 Hello,

 We have a 30day billing cycle on our awards, in the month of feb, due to the 30day billing cycle the awards are not picked up in the generate invoices for a range of awards and we have run the program for each award as a single award. What can be done so that all the awards get picked up in the generate invoices for a range in the month of feb also.
