Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance Oracle 11gR2

Hallo!I am running Oracle Database 11gR2 on HP-UX Itanium.I have been using OEM to manage the database.

Unfortunately,when I try to access OEM currently,it gives me the error Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance.The database instance and listener are up and agent connection connection to instance has succeded.But when I check the emoms.trc I get the error message below

2011-05-28 15:44:28,721 [EMUI_15_44_28_/console/aboutApplication] ERROR em.console doGet.363 - java.lang.IllegalStateException: Response has already been committed, be sure not to write to the OutputStream or to trigger a commit due to any other action before calling this method.
