Report with Custom buttom and checkbox

Hello, I need to create a report where contact record type data should be displayed.

Every row should also have a checkbox,which will allow record selection.At the bottom of report page, one cutom button is required which should execute some logic on all selected (checkbox enabled) rows.

Please advise if this is possible.If yes,please guide me through the process.
