Freight Terms on Sales Order Form becomes null if Price list is changed

 Hi,
  I am seeing a small behavioral change in R12.1.3 to 11.5.10;
  If the price list is changed in sales order form for an order, then the freight terms is becoming null;
  If I do the same in 11.5.10 the freight term value is retained.
  I m sure that there is no custom code in application as I checked the behavior by turning custom code off.
  Kindly advise.
