Scheduler Jobs dont restart

Hi guys, 

After the database shutdown to do a backup some developers scheduler jobs do not seem to stop, according to the run_log.
When the database comes online they appear with status running and stay like that more than 20 hours doing nothing after the developers guys stop the job and run the job again.

Has anyone has the same problem?

HP-UX 11.31
Database 11.2.0.1
