block sessions on RAC

Dear Experts,

We have house development program.  It often blocks the session.

We have oracle database 10gr2 single node. We are going to implement on RAC environment on 10gr4.

I need the procedure that detect the root blocker session and killed on RAC level. So I want to make a job scheduler for every 2 minute automatically killed the root blocker.
