Error is coming in 'Debrief Material Issue' in Debrief.

 Error as ---"The transaction failed because there was an error.
Invalid locator segments.
The expenditure organization information is invalid." is coming while doing 'Debrief Material Issue' in Debrief. Process is not completing due to this and Debrief is with 'Completed with errors' status. Item is with sufficient on hand quantity.

Can anyone help on this.
