F41021 False commitments

 Hi,

I want to know why some times false commitments get generated in JDE F41021 table when there are no open orders in the system.This issue gets resolved after running Sales Repost R42995.

But first in place why this issue occurs and in what kind of situations. After so many year's enhancements also this issue become inheritant with the system.

Currently I am using Xe but Is this bug got fixed in 9.0 or other versions?

Is there any SAR info avialable for this issue.

Any help will be appreciated.
