Creating a DFF dependent on Asset Location

Hello,

For the majority of assets, I need 2 fields of information (building, room). However, when an asset is loaned off-site (but still kept on the books and depreciating) I need to designate it as offsite and keep an additional 5 fields of information (Street address, zip code, etc.). I believe the best way to do this is to have my key location flexfield combinations include a combination for "Offsite.Loan" (assuming a 2 segment location configuration). 

I would like to set up a DFF to prompt the user for the additional 5 fields of information, only if the location of "Offsite.Loan" is selected. Is there any way to do this? Setting up values sets to the "Location" DFF (Setup>Financials>Flexfields>Descriptive>Segments, Application: Assets, Title: Location) only allows me to store additional information for the location configuration, where I need something independent of the original location configuration.
