Install oracle 32 bit client on 64 bit server

 Dear all,
As our application requirement, we need install Oracle 11g 32-bit client on the Windows Server  2008 R2 with Oracle 11g r2 server (64-bit).

May I know any concern on that? As I haven't done so before, any issue I should consider in the operation on that server with 2 oracle home for client and server software?
