Revoking of Privileges from PUBLIC on ALL_ and X$

 Hi

Need to know if anyone  has done this before. We are trying implement a security checklist for a customer which states to remove all grants to PUBLIC on objects starting with ALL_ and on tables with X$.  What are the precuations to be taken and are there any grants to be given to specific accounts or roles so as not to impact the database operations.

Appreciate your help in this regard
