Siebel 8.1.1.5 Fix Pack on AIX - only IHS 7 is supported

Please note that IHS 6.1 is not supported for Siebel 8.1.1.5 Fix Pack - this will also apply to Siebel 8.0.0.12 Fix Pack when it is released.

The following information is taken from the Release Notes:

"Web server version compatibility update for 8.X on AIX: 
1. Siebel CRM Web Server has been upgraded on 8.1.1.5 FP and 8.0.0.12 FP to  IBM HTTP Server 7 for AIX platform.   
2. Web Server supported prior to Siebel CRM 8.1.1.5 FP and 8.0.0.12 FP is still IBM HTTP Server 6.1. 
3. IBM HTTP Server 6.1 is not supported for Siebel CRM 8.1.1.5 FP and  8.0.0.12 FP onwards.     

Siebel Web Server Extension (SWSE) plug-in installation and configuration:
1. Install base SWSE, skip configuration.
