Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

DSNO Request failed due to error ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Hi

We are facing issue with ITS & DSNO requests.

When we submit the ITS or DSNO request for a delivery, it is completing in warning. The log file show the below error.

"CUM Management Type is CUM_BY_DATE_ONLY
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ERROR OCCURRED IN RLM CUM QTY API"

Can anyone help us with this?
