GENERAL LEDGER TRANSFER PROGRAM

Hello
When i am trying to transfer the receivable data into GL through GENERAL LEDGER TRANSFER PROGRAM,the concurrent status shows ERROR and when i click on view output ,error shows did not create output file and also log file not opening
