EBS Printing PDF Report - REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit

We are using EBS suite 11.5.10.2 , oracle database 9.2.0.8 ( Red hat 3 32 bits ). 

We are in the process to migrate the database from 9.2.0.8 to 11gR2 on a new serveur Red hat5 64 bits. 

The migration is done  on the  development server.  We are testing the EBS application but are getting an error when running a concurrent program that is a report with the pdf output.  A report with the txt output is running fine.

He is the error :

REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.

We made sure to do the xhost+ command  but it did not solve the problem.

I don't think that the problem is related to 11G but something is probably missing on the Linux side.
