 I would like to know when this table gets populated.

I know Close Period process inserts rows in this table but is there any other Action or Process which can trigger insertion or updatation on this table?

I am want to build a report based on this table and it seems that this table is from BOM not INV. So if my customer only has Inventory installed, can this table gets populated when closing process kicked in.
