What's the best config for APEX 4?

1. Listener(Newly introduced)
2. embed PL/SQL Gateway
3. Apache (Http Server)

We had the #1 uprunning, but I was asked to research the Apache Http server scenario b/c we having trouble to do a SSO with the Listener and Gateway those two configures.

Does the mod_ntlm really work using Apache for APEX?
