Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm new to rman. I have oracle 11g on linux with rac and asm, backuped by rman on disk in os files.

Am I able to copy the backup files to a different machine and create a database instance with these files(clone)?

If yes, can you give me some hint?
