R12.1.3 OLFM Contract Template Question

 When I used OLFM R12.1.3 functionality to duplicate a Contract Template, I was unable to  select 'the duplicate' in the contract template field when I tried to create a new contract .  The client would like confirmation that this is intended functionality.  Does standard functionality support 'duplication of' Contract Templates.
